He underlined that Tatmadaw members must serve assigned duties with full capability and determination successfully, having mental and physical health and strength as well as industry, enthusiasm, and full vitality.
Moreover, he spotted that a good leader must have complete contemplation and knowledge. Leaders must be capable of guiding their relevant units and subordinates for improvement.
With regard to training, the Senior General advised that the accurate execution of our daily tasks and responsibilities is indeed a form of training. Concerning training, they have to take the practices of a good soldier to improve their qualifications of themselves and their organizations.
As leaders, he noted that it is necessary to maintain good relationships and manage their subordinates, with the care and affection of a good commander or a parent. Officers must lead with a kind and sincere heart, understanding the personality of each soldier, and assigning responsibilities appropriately to ensure the success of operations, thereby demonstrating effective leadership.
By spending their income and expenses fairly, he continued to say that they have to manage individual welfare activity. Ensuring the success of both military-owned and private agricultural activities is not primarily for profit, but rather to ensure that all family members of the units can fully enjoy a variety of meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables at affordable prices in order to promote welfare for all.
He underscored that officers and other ranks must be commanded under good leadership to improve their mindsets strong and resilient. Only when leaders at all levels demonstrate strong will and discipline will individual soldiers also develop good mindsets and discipline, leading to the creation of well-prepared and powerful forces.
