Indian Ambassador calls on Deputy PM, PM Office Union Minister

Member of the State Administration Council, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister at the Office of the Prime Minister Admiral Tin Aung San met Mr Abhay Thakur, Ambassador of India to Myanmar, at the guest hall of the State Administration Council Office yesterday afternoon.

They held frank discussions and exchanged views on ongoing projects between Myanmar and India, matters related to transport and trade, issues concerning the electricity and energy sector, and ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries.

Officials from the Office of the Prime Minister were also present at the meeting.
